The Program Manager will lead a dedicated team, drive operational excellence, and consult with clients to optimize program impact for patients navigating access to medications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in healthcare industry.
• Experience managing managers is a plus.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team development skills required.
• Technical savviness and ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management across client engagements.
• Oversee client service metrics and SLA compliance.
• Manage staffing, hiring, and development of team members.
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize program impact.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure staffing levels and training.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
