Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple complex projects across business, IT and leadership teams, ensuring success across scope, quality, budget, and schedule. The role emphasizes rigorous project management discipline and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment, while mentoring junior PMs and contributing to the PM Practice development within Prime.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field; HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of work experience in project management.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
• PMP certification or Agile Practitioner preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage multiple medium-sized or one large project with stakeholders.
• Adhere to Prime Project Lifecycle methodologies and artifacts (WBS, integrated plans, risk logs, etc.).
• Manage lifecycle using Release, Waterfall, Agile methods: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Closure.
• Interface with governance, business and IT leadership, distributors, vendors and clients.
• Analyze service quality baselines; monitor, report, and communicate trends to leadership.
• Mentor Project Managers and support PM Practice development.
