Job summary

CORE Construction is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across Tucson/Southern Arizona and the Mountain West. You will oversee financial performance, technical coordination, and client service for multiple concurrent projects in occupied healthcare settings.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, subcontract administration, and coordinating with clinical leadership and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project-management experience, including at least 3 years directly managing healthcare construction projects.
• Experience managing construction within occupied and operational healthcare facilities.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent small-to mid-sized projects, including renovations, tenant improvements, additions, expansions, and/or new construction.
• Advanced understanding of construction documents, healthcare MEP and specialty systems, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, procurement, contracts, change management, commissioning, and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple healthcare projects from preconstruction and planning through construction, commissioning, closeout, turnover, and owner training.
• Manage project budgets, General Conditions, cost forecasts, schedules, procurement plans, and financial reporting.
• Review plans, specs, and contracts for constructability, scope, sequencing, and risk.
• Develop detailed schedules incorporating trade activities, milestones, inspections, and turnover.
