Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project-management experience, healthcare focus preferred.
• Experience managing projects within occupied/operational healthcare facilities.
• Experience with CMAR and/or Design-Build delivery methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple healthcare projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Manage budgets, General Conditions, schedules, procurement, and change management.
• Review plans for constructability and risk; ensure safety, quality, and owner satisfaction.
