Job summary

CORE Construction, Inc. seeks a Sr. Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction phase of complex healthcare projects in Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. You will oversee estimates, trade coordination, and risk mitigation to ensure successful transition from preconstruction to construction.

The role requires healthcare project experience, CHC and ICRA credentials, and strong leadership to manage the Preconstruction team and align with client goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years preconstruction experience.
• Healthcare construction experience required.
• Healthcare Construction Certification required.
• ICRA certification or experience preferred.
• Experience supporting inpatient healthcare projects.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Building Connected, Construct Connect.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts, oversee estimates, bid processes, and timelines.
• Coordinate with Senior/Assistant Preconstruction Managers; oversee trade coordination.
• Provide cost updates and VE options; present to stakeholders.
• Ensure constructability reviews, risk assessment, and scheduling alignment.
• Deliverables include estimates, Basis of Estimate, and handoff to operations.
