Job summary

McLaren Health Care is seeking a seasoned consultant to facilitate Unified Revenue Cycle growth and operational improvements. You will oversee multiple large-scale projects from concept to implementation, coordinating with end users, sponsors and senior leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include defining scope, developing detailed work plans, tracking progress, and guiding analyses to realize benefits while maintaining quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field or Bachelor's with 5 years healthcare experience required.
• Preferred: 3+ years in consulting; healthcare consulting is a plus.
• Certificate in Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management, Healthcare Management Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define scope and objectives with project sponsors across the health system.
• Develop project plans with milestones, dependencies, deliverables, realization schedules and tasks.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities and determine resources required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current state, remove barriers and develop improved design.
• Redesign and drive implementation of process improvements using improvement methods.
