Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a skilled professional to lead Revenue Cycle Operational Effectiveness and performance improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with operations to scope projects, develop plans, and implement solutions using Lean methodology.

The role requires deep understanding of revenue cycle operations and technology, including Epic, with a focus on fostering reliable, scalable improvements across clinical and administrative processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is Required.
• Master's Degree Preferred.
• 3 years of progressively responsible project management or process improvement experience Required.
• Proven understanding of revenue cycle operations and technology Required.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or similar improvement methodologies Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, lead and facilitate Revenue Cycle Operational Effectiveness and performance improvement initiatives in collaboration with operations.
• Scope projects, develop project plans and assist with implementing solutions.
• Lead development of training content to support the operational improvements identified.
• Serve as an internal consultant and knowledge expert related to Revenue Cycle; apply Lean methodology for process improvement and project oversight.
