Qualifications

• 10 years of progressively responsible IT operations experience.
• 4 years of leadership experience, managing multiple cross functional teams or projects.
• 3 years of services delivery management experience across multiple technology service areas.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of IT specialists to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Manages the delivery of dependable technology services.
• Manages and reconciles IT budgets within technology service areas.
• Manages McLaren Health Care supporting partners, ensuring strong relationships and contractual commitments.
• Delivers projects within technology service areas meeting time, schedule and quality commitments.
• Collaborates with process teams to improve processes for dependability and efficiency.
• Interacts with cross-functional IT teams to design, develop and integrate IT processes and procedures.
