Job summary

McLaren Health Care is seeking a consulting professional to facilitate Unified Revenue Cycle growth and operational improvement by providing expert guidance to a portfolio prioritized by revenue cycle leadership. The role manages large-scale projects from concept to implementation and aligns them with organizational goals.

The candidate will define scope, develop plans, lead cross‑functional teams, and deliver dashboards and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Relevant industry standard certification in Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management, Healthcare Management Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

• Excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and document scope and objectives with project sponsors across the health system.
• Identify and generate proposals for potential projects to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Develop project plans with milestones, dependencies, deliverables and tasks for complex projects.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities and determine resources required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current state, remove barriers and improve design to meet objectives.
• Develop and maintain system-wide dashboards, track progress and benefits realization.
