Comagine Health is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to provide advanced healthcare consulting services and lead initiatives that improve care delivery and health outcomes.

You will manage multiple client engagements, oversee project planning and budgets, mentor team members, and develop relationships with clients across healthcare operations, public health, and quality improvement.

Competenze

• Master's degree in healthcare administration or public health or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 15+ years in healthcare, clinical care delivery, quality improvement, health system transformation, or related fields.
• 8+ years providing consulting services in healthcare.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead complex engagements and mentor team members.
