Qualifications

  • Identifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback.
  • Apply a consultative approach with clients to understand needs and guide decisions and standards.
  • Drive detailed solution design documentation (e.g., Charters or SOWs) with client objectives and risks.
  • Collaborate with Banking, Treasury, Client Solutions, Operations, and Product Management to build relationships.

As a Client Solutions Architect Manager in Healthcare Payments, you lead the solutioning process for complex client opportunities, shaping comprehensive product solutions that drive technical adoption and measurable client value. Leveraging deep product and industry expertise, you guide internal teams and client stakeholders, translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, and ensure outcomes are realized.

Job responsibilities:
  • Leads the configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases
  • Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
  • Engages with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions
  • Identifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback
  • Apply a consultative approach with clients, assisting in understanding their current and future needs, and guiding them through complex technical decisions, best practices, and architectural standards.
  • Drive detailed solution design documentation (e.g., Project Charters or Statements of Work) by gathering client objectives, technical requirements, project complexity, and desired outcomes, while identifying implementation risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with key internal partners in Banking, Treasury, Client Solutions, Operations, and Product Management to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Success requires a superior ability to understand and navigate clients through change - aligning objectives, environments, resources and timelines to document and deliver an effective solution addressing the problems faced in today's healthcare payments industry.
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a broad set of related products
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain
  • Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
  • Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and clients to support shared goals.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to adapt and contribute in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills across various scenarios, seeking guidance when needed.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with an interest in understanding system integrations and how different technologies work together.
  • Demonstrated success with client facing execution - working directly with enterprise clients to close deals and deliver large-scale projects.
  • Proficient technical knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle industry, including revenue cycle management, treasury, banking, and patient accounting/financial systems.
  • Proficient technical knowledge of healthcare payments, integration methods, APIs, and related products, with exposure to the healthcare payments sales cycle.
  • Experience working at a payments or healthcare IT company.
