• Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex client requirements to shape effective solutions.
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent across related products in a healthcare/payments context.
• Experience supporting sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Experience with enterprise clients and collaborating with engineers to deliver solutions.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills across internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.

Responsabilités

• Leads the configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions with Technology for complex client use cases.
• Supports Sales in solutioning, pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Engages with client teams to present and demonstrate product capabilities and solutions.
• Identifies development requirements for product design based on client feedback.
• Uses a consultative approach to understand client needs and guide decisions and architecture standards.
• Drives detailed solution design documentation (e.g., Project Charters or Statements of Work) with objectives, requirements, scope, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborates with Banking, Treasury, Client Solutions, Operations, and Product Management to build strong internal partnerships.
