Job summary

ChenMed is seeking a Membership Growth Consultant in Monterey, CA to expand patient enrollment by cultivating senior-focused partnerships and community connections. You will generate leads, coordinate events, and present ChenMed/JenCare value at local venues.

Develop broker strategies, manage vendors, and track activity in CRM while traveling locally as needed to engage seniors and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, especially with seniors or community partners.
• Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with seniors and local organizations.
• Experience coordinating events (information tables, health fairs, doc talks).
• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce) and data/documentation of leads.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and cultivate partnerships with seniors, local businesses and health plan agents to generate new patient opportunities.
• Meet seniors and groups in homes, workplaces, or community venues to share ChenMed value proposition.
• Plan, coordinate and execute local community events to reach Medicare-eligible seniors.
• Develop broker/partner strategies and manage relationships with vendors and venues.
• Ensure brokers/agents are invited to events to drive patient assignment and enrollment.
• Document interactions and manage leads in the CRM.
