Job summary

ChenMed LLC is seeking a Membership Growth Consultant to generate new patient opportunities by engaging seniors, community partners, and local businesses. You will plan events, build referrals through agents and brokers, and cultivate trusted relationships to enroll new members in ChenMed/JenCare Medical Centers.

Role requires strong sales skills, ability to travel, and experience in health plan partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience is required.
• Experience working with seniors or in healthcare sales is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally and nationwide up to 75%

Responsibilities

• Nurture direct-to-seniors and business partnerships to generate new patient opportunities.
• Plan and execute local events to reach Medicare-eligible seniors 55+.
• Develop relationships with brokers, agents and community partners to drive referrals.
• Maintain and document leads in CRM and deliver monthly activity calendars.
