Job summary

ChenMed LLC is hiring a Membership Growth Consultant to drive senior patient enrollment through community partnerships, events, and direct outreach. This outside healthcare sales role focuses on nurturing relationships with seniors, brokers, and local partners to generate new patient opportunities.

You will plan and execute health fairs and information sessions, coordinate with plan agents, and use CRM tools to track leads and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience.
• Experience with selling to seniors/Medicare a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally and nationwide up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Nurture direct-to-seniors and business partnerships to generate patient opportunities year‑round.
• Plan and execute local events to reach Medicare‑eligible seniors.
• Build and maintain relationships with plan agents, brokers, and senior housing partners.
• Manage CRM data in Salesforce and document interactions.
