Job summary

North Shore Health is seeking a Sr. IT Support Technician to provide advanced Tier 1+ support across our multi-site healthcare network, focusing on Windows 11, Microsoft 365, UCaaS, and end-user devices.

You will help develop standardized images, ensure HIPAA and CMS compliance, and work with facility staff and MSPs to maintain secure systems. Travel to NSH facilities for onsite support, asset management, and troubleshooting to keep care delivery uninterrupted and compliant.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
7+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site environments.
Advanced troubleshooting of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and UCaaS platforms.
Proficiency with remote support tools and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Develop and maintain standardized device images and security baselines.
Travel to NSH facilities to deploy equipment and perform asset health checks.
Ensure HIPAA, DHS, and CMS compliance in IT operations.
Collaborate with MSPs and facility staff to resolve infrastructure issues.
