NextGen Healthcare seeks a Sr. Interoperability & Integration Solutions Advisor to lead integration projects and design data exchange between healthcare systems. You will develop and deploy APIs, ensuring HL7/FHIR and HIPAA compliance while addressing client-specific needs.

You will mentor junior staff, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with clients to align solutions with business goals. This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic advisory in a fast-paced healthcare IT

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field.
3–5 years of data integration or interoperability experience in healthcare or IT.
Hands-on experience with Mirth, Cloverleaf, or Corepoint.
Cloud-based integration solutions experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

Design and implement data integration solutions, including ETL workflows and interfaces.
Develop and deploy APIs and custom solutions to enhance interoperability.
Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex data integration issues.
Ensure solutions adhere to HL7, FHIR, HIPAA standards and regulatory requirements.
Mentor entry-level team members and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver strategic advisory services.
Perform other duties that support the position’s objectives.
