Job summary
NextGen Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Interoperability & Integration Solutions Advisor to lead integration projects and provide advanced technical expertise.
You will design and implement data integration solutions, develop APIs, and ensure HL7/FHIR/HIPAA compliance while collaborating with clients on strategic advisory services. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–5 years of data integration, ETL, or interoperability experience in healthcare/IT.
- Experience with HL7/FHIR APIs and data mapping.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of data integration solutions and ETL workflows.
- Develop and deploy APIs and custom interoperability solutions.
- Lead root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for complex integration issues.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA).
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Engage with clients to align solutions with their business goals and provide strategic advisory services.
