Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing technical implementations and enterprise integrations.
• Experience as a technical owner for complex interoperability projects.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical owner for enterprise interoperability projects from discovery to delivery.
• Evaluate requirements and feasibility; recommend alignment with platform capabilities.
• Assess integration patterns, data flows, and system boundaries within customer environments.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, and implementation planning.
• Coordinate with customer tech leaders, partners, and internal teams to align technical direction.
• Analyze API specs, FHIR resources, JSON payloads, and authentication workflows.
• Troubleshoot interoperability challenges and propose practical resolutions.
• Capture insights to improve platform capabilities and future implementations.
