Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to translate strategic initiatives into large, complex program plans for execution. You will lead planning, resource allocation, and oversight of cross-functional programs that advance innovation and improve patient outcomes.

In collaboration with informatics, education, operations, clinical and technology teams, you will define goals, scope and deliverables, manage timelines and budgets, and report progress to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree focused on project management.
• Minimum 5 years in project management, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Copilot, Teams and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of multiple technical, clinical and educational programs aligned to business goals and health-care compliance.
• Collaborate with informatics, education, operations, clinical and technology teams to define goals, scope and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, resources and budgets, and mitigate risks.
• Foster clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders for transparent decisions.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs and report to executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance health care technology solution quality.
• Ensure programs comply with HIPAA and privacy/security standards.
• Mentor team members and promote an inclusive, collaborative environment.
