Job summary

Jefferson Health seeks a senior leader to drive enterprise integration initiatives across large-scale projects. You will design, implement, and govern integration components, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, secure architectures aligned to strategic goals.

You will direct testing strategies, lifecycle management, and documentation, coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and advance interoperability across IT and clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 7+ years in information services or healthcare IT.
• Epic Certification is required with one additional certification.
• Experience leading large-scale integration projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and integration components for large projects.
• Oversee testing strategies, including plans, automation, and defect management.
• Mentor junior members and ensure scalable, secure designs.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Develop interoperability strategies and lifecycle documentation.
• Drive continuous process improvements across units.
