Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking an experienced IT Program Lead to drive strategic solution design and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. You will direct the creation of detailed work plans, govern standards across development environments, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on complex initiatives.

The role emphasizes documentation, automated testing, and cost/budget estimations for large projects while ensuring timelines, quality, and organizational goals are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma/GED plus 3 years direct applications build, implementation and support experience and 7 years progressive information services healthcare experience.
• Experience with large-scale implementation or upgrades and comprehensive test plans development is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, budget management, and ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic technical solution design aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Create comprehensive work plans and govern configuration/implementation standards across environments.
• Establish documentation standards and develop advanced test strategies including automation and performance benchmarks.
• Lead resource planning and estimation for large-scale initiatives and monitor project execution for timelines and quality metrics.
• Provide oversight of day-to-day intake and task assignment, including vendor management and stakeholder facilitation.
