Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to translate strategic initiatives into large, complex program plans for execution. You will lead planning, resource allocation, and oversight of cross-functional programs that advance innovation and improve patient outcomes.

In collaboration with informatics, education, operations, clinical and technology teams, you will define goals, scope and deliverables, manage timelines and budgets, and report progress to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree focused on project management.
• Minimum 5 years in project management, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Copilot, Teams and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of multiple technical, clinical and educational programs aligned to business goals and health-care compliance.
• Collaborate with informatics, education, operations, clinical and technology teams to define goals, scope and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, resources and budgets, and mitigate risks.

Job Duties

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical, clinical, and educational programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and health care compliance requirements
• Collaborate closely with informatics, education, operations, clinical and technology teams to define program goals, scope, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, resources and budgets, and proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Facilitate clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making
• Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators, and report regularly to executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance the quality of health care technology solutions
• Ensure all programs adhere to relevant health care regulations, including HIPAA and maintain high standards of data privacy and security
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree Focus in Project management
• 5 years experience in project management, preferably healthcare

Physical Demands

Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
