Jefferson Health seeks an experienced Information Services leader to drive strategic IT solution design aligned with enterprise goals. You will oversee work plans, vendor relationships, and governance across development, staging, and production environments.

The role emphasizes large-scale project management, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders. A background in healthcare IT is essential, with PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Education requirements: HS diploma or GED.
• Preferred degrees in CS or Healthcare.
• Master’s degree in CS or Healthcare preferred.
• 3 years direct applications build/implementation experience and 7 years healthcare IS experience.
• Experience in large hospital/IDN IT and healthcare operations.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drives strategic technical solution design, aligning with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Directs creation of comprehensive work plans, ensuring alignment with priorities and timelines.
• Ensures proper Vendor Management to meet service levels.
• Meeting facilitation or presentation to collaborative groups.

• Architects and governs configuration and implementation standards across environments.
• Evaluate processes and optimize operations.
