Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking an experienced Information Services leader to guide the identification and implementation of optimal technical solutions across complex hospital systems. You will develop work plans for system upgrades, oversee configurations, and analyze workflows to improve operations across environments.

You will author specifications, design advanced test scenarios, and contribute to technology standards while providing input on resource and budget considerations to keep projects

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of related work experience.
• 7 years progressive experience in Information Services, or a combination of Information Services and healthcare experience, with large-scale implementations/upgrades and comprehensive test plan development.
• Experience in large hospital/IDN information technology and healthcare operations, integrated systems architecture, and technical collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and implementation of optimal technical solutions across systems.
• Develop and manage work plans for system upgrades and enhancements; oversee configuration and maintenance across environments.
• Analyze workflows to improve processes and resolve operational issues; author detailed specifications and documentation.
• Design and execute advanced test scenarios to validate system performance; contribute to technology standards and best practices.
