Job summary

CBRE in Ohio seeks a Facilities Sr. Analyst to perform advanced facilities work in regulated spaces within our healthcare portfolio.

You will support the Facility Managers with repairs and investment planning across assets, with occasional travel to VA and out-of-state sites. The role emphasizes data analysis of work order systems (SI7) and project support for new initiatives, coordinating with trades, and applying standard procedures to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CMMS systems and workorder management.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze solutions and apply judgement.

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis of workorder system including SI7 and facility project support with new initiatives.
• Serve as point of contact for front-line clients on various requests.
• Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks, corrective and preventative actions.
• Apply standard principles and procedures to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to guide decisions.
