Job summary

CBRE Facilities Sr. Analyst role in Ohio involves advanced facilities work in healthcare portfolios. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred or combined education/experience.
• Experience with CMMS/workorder management and facility operations.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with Excel or similar tools.
• Knowledge of procedures to solve slightly complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis of workorder systems and facility projects.
• Serve as point of contact for front-line clients on requests.
• Coordinate with trades on maintenance tasks, corrective and preventive.
• Apply standard principles to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
• Explain complex information clearly to stakeholders.
