Job summary

CBRE, a global leader in commercial real estate, is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager in Cleveland, OH. You will oversee day-to-day operations of a facilities team serving a major healthcare client, travel up to 10%, and ensure operational excellence across maintenance, safety, and compliance.

You will lead staff, coordinate activities, develop policies, and report on performance while aligning with CBRE RISE values to deliver top-tier facility management services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management or healthcare settings.
• Experience leading healthcare facilities teams and driving staff development is preferred.
• Ability to guide performance expectations, coach staff, and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, including training, evaluations, and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily activities, set schedules, and cross-train staff.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through regular performance reviews and meetings.
• Prepare reports on property profiles, site inspections, and facility audits.
