Job summary

CBRE Facilities Sr. Analyst position in the United States (OH/Paducah) supports advanced facilities work within a regulated healthcare portfolio. You will assist Facility Managers with repairs, investment plans, and project support across assets.

The role emphasizes data analysis of workorder systems, coordination with trades, and frontline client contact, with occasional travel to VA and other states. Residency in Paducah, KY or Ohio preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experienced with CMMS systems and workorder management.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedent.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for a combination of advanced facilities work in regulated spaces.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Facility Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans with a healthcare portfolio.

This role requires residence in Ohio or Paducah, KY and occasional air travel to VA and out of state once or twice per month.

What You’ll Do:

• Supporting data analysis of workorder system including SI7 and facility project support with new initiatives including trainings.

• Point of contact for all front-line clients on various requests.

• Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks, corrective, and preventative.

• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.

• Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.

What You’ll Need:
