Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Healthcare Executive Chef in Goodyear, AZ to lead kitchen operations in an acute care setting. You will ensure safe food handling, prepare meals per guidelines, and drive high-quality dining experiences in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Ideal candidates have extensive culinary leadership experience, healthcare familiarity, and proficiency with standard kitchen software. This role offers growth and impactful patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Healthcare culinary experience highly preferred.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience.
• Institutional and batch cooking experiences.
• Hands-on chef experience a must.
• Knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and presentation.
• Proficient with MS Office and email tools.
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Follows standardized recipes, portioning and presentation standards; uses daily production worksheets and waste logs.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safety and sanitation per standards.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and areas.
• Manages inventory to ensure supply levels and product availability.
• Decides on leftovers utilization within company guidelines.
• Ensures regulatory health and sanitation compliance.
• Follows safety policies and participates in meetings and programs.
