Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Sr. Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day foodservice operations in an acute care setting in Goodyear, AZ.

You will lead a team, manage client relationships, profitability, and talent development to ensure high-quality dining experiences for patients and facility guests. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in foodservice operations, strong P&L understanding, and ServSafe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of five years of Proven Leadership expertise.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• ServSafeae certified a plus.
• Must be forward thinking, proactive and the face of the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day Foodservice operations in an acute care setting in Goodyear, AZ.
