As a Senior Program Manager, you lead large-scale, complex, cross‑functional initiatives across product, engineering, cloud, and AI. You operate across organizational boundaries, translating objectives aligned to corporate strategy into coordinated, measurable outcomes. You support and operationalize the security strategy across the portfolio, ensuring effective execution through structured programs.

InterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience, education, skills, and performance.
Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.
The estimated base compensation range for this role is: $147,000—$185,000 USD
