Job summary

InterSystems, a health data platform leader, is seeking a founding Technical Program Manager to build the TPM function for HealthShare. You’ll connect Product, Engineering, Quality, and Release teams, shaping how work is tracked and released. This role reports to the Head of Product and focuses on seams, dependencies, and visibility.

You will establish operating models, drive cross-team processes, and communicate program health to senior leadership, enabling fast, technically deep execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or a closely related discipline.
• Experience standing up or scaling a program-management function.
• Strong technical fluency; ability to discuss architecture with engineers.
• Experience delivering managed services and cloud services.
• Ability to define cross-team processes and interfaces that endure delivery pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own seams between Product, Engineering, Quality Development, and Release.
• Maintain cross-team dependency graph and release readiness.
• Define Jira/Confluence tracking standards; enable visibility across teams.
• Identify and communicate cross-team risks early to stakeholders.
• Provide program-level visibility to leadership and stakeholders.
