Job summary

InterSystems, a Boston-based data technology provider, seeks a Program Manager to lead enterprise implementation projects using our methodology. You will supervise Project Managers, govern programs, and serve as the primary escalation point for customers and partners.

The role demands 10+ years in program management, healthcare expertise, and a proven track record delivering large ERP/HIS implementations. InterSystems offers strong benefits and a base salary range of $121,000 to $180,000 USD,

Qualifications

10+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
Experience delivering complex integrated Healthcare solutions in a customer facing role.
Extensive track record of managing and implementing large ERP/HIS projects.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations and needs.
Experience managing full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Experience leading diverse teams and communicating across levels.

Responsibilities

Be the ambassador to customers and escalation point between customer and Implementation Director.
Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and mobilize resources.
Lead estimation and development of Professional Services proposals with delivery teams.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders.
Manage risks, issues, budget, and governance throughout the project.
Ensure compliance with procedures and policies, and coordinate with partners.
