Job summary

WellBe seeks a Senior Data Systems Analyst to lead the integration of payer feeds and internal data into enterprise platforms. You will analyze, map, validate, and standardize data across payer and internal sources to maintain a single source of truth for value-based care.

You will own mappings, transform logic, and data quality rules while collaborating with data engineering to ensure scalable pipelines and clear documentation for analytics and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in data warehousing, data integration, or analytics roles.
• Strong experience with Medicare Advantage payer data: 834, 837, HEDIS, RAF.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong relational DB concepts.
• Deep knowledge of data warehouse and data mart architectures.
• Experience with data governance tools (Catalog, Atlan, Collibra, Alation).
• Working knowledge of Snowflake and Redshift cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile and Jira.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver iteratively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• High ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and integration of various payer feeds (e.g., 834, 837, HEDIS, RAF).
• Map data from external payers and internal systems (EMR, CRM) into enterprise model.
• Own source-to-target mappings, transformations, and data definitions.
• Identify data quality issues and drive normalization in the data warehouse.
• Validate data ingestion through profiling, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Partner with data engineering for scalable ingestion pipelines.
• Serve as SME for integrated payer and internal data for analytics.
• Lead discovery sessions documenting data elements and requirements.
• Translate clinical and business requirements into clear specs.
• Define data quality rules and monitoring for all pipelines.
• Develop data governance policies, metadata, lineage, and compliance.
