Qualifications

• 6+ years in a Business Analyst role; Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience with data mapping, test plans, and validation activities
• Analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills
• Strong executive presence and communication for leadership audiences

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a BI/BA team on IT projects and mentor junior members
• Serve as liaison between clients, PMs, product teams, and technical staff
• Develop business specs for projects and enhancements
• Analyze and design improvements to business processes and data flows
• Gather requirements and translate into actionable specifications
• Create data mapping, semantic model, and test artifacts
• Collaborate on change requests, testing, and validation
• Review system enhancements with product/tech teams and validate requirements
• Support user acceptance testing and SLA adherence
• Use Excel and SQL to quantify project impacts and support decisions
