Job summary

Guidehealth is seeking a Senior Technical Integration Specialist to drive onboarding of clinical data and payers’ data, manage deployments, and ensure successful go-live of AI/data solutions. You will coordinate EMR and vendor integrations, design data flows, and document processes across teams.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare data integration, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS; remote work is supported and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, data integration, or data analytics in healthcare.
• Working knowledge of healthcare data formats (HL7, FHIR, CCDA, XML, JSON).
• Experience with ETL, data normalization, SFTP, and API connections.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and Bash for data tasks.
• Experience leading technical healthcare implementations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact during onboarding and implementation.
• Manage data and tech integration projects including EMR and vendor integrations.
• Design and present data flow diagrams and document integrations.
• Translate clinical needs into technical configurations and workflows.
• Create integration documentation and SOPs.
• Perform data QA and validation checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with teams.
• Lead go-live planning and post-implementation support.
