The Senior Technical Integration Specialist at Guidehealth plays a pivotal role in onboarding clinical data and managing technical implementation projects with healthcare vendors. You’ll oversee data integration, EMR connections, API/SFTP data feeds, and ensure successful go-lives of AI-driven solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in technical implementation, data integration, or data analytics in healthcare.
• Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, CCDA, XML, JSON.
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, SNOMED, NPI, RXNORM.
• Experience with ETL pipelines, data normalization, SFTP, and API connections.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking.
• Experience with data QA and validation processes.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, and Bash for data querying and scripting.
• Proven experience leading healthcare technical implementations including onboarding.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Understanding of healthcare workflows (care management, revenue cycle, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills interfacing with clinical and technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Act as technical point of contact for onboarding and implementation.
• Manage data and tech integration projects including EMR and vendor integrations.
• Coordinate data flows, document data diagrams, and manage integrations to successful delivery.
• Translate clinical requirements into technical configurations and workflows.
• Create and maintain integration docs and SOPs.
• Perform data QA and validation checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with engineering, vendors, or clients.
• Lead go-live planning, execution, maintenance and post-implementation support.
