Job summary

Guidehealth, a fully remote healthcare company, seeks a Senior Technical Integration Specialist to lead onboarding of practices’ data, manage payer claims data integrations, and drive data-driven solutions from design to go‑live.

You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, implement ETL pipelines, and ensure data quality within modern cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure). Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative/technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, data integration, or data analytics in healthcare.
• Working knowledge of healthcare data formats (HL7, FHIR, CCDA, XML, JSON).
• Experience with ETL pipelines, data normalization, SFTP, and API connections.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking/documentation.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and Bash for data querying and scripting.
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and healthcare workflow understanding.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical point of contact during onboarding and implementation.
• Coordinate data and tech integrations (EMR, vendor integrations, API connections).
• Design and document data flows, and manage integrations to ensure successful go-lives.
• Translate clinical/operational requirements into technical configurations.
• Create and maintain integration documentation and SOPs.
• Perform data QA and validation and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Lead go-live planning, maintenance, and post-implementation support.
