Job summary

Guidehealth is seeking a Senior Technical Integration Specialist to onboard clinical data and payer claims data, manage technical implementations, and ensure successful go-lives of AI-driven solutions in a healthcare environment.

The role requires SQL/Python expertise, experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, ETL pipelines, API and SFTP integrations, and strong communication with clinical and tech stakeholders. This is a fully remote, US-based position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or technical field or equivalent experience.
3+ years in technical implementation, data integration, or data analytics in healthcare.
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, CCDA, XML, JSON.
Experience with ETL, SFTP, API connections.
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking.
SQL, Python, Bash for data querying and scripting.
Experience leading healthcare technical implementations including onboarding.

Responsibilities

Act as technical point of contact for onboarding and implementation.
Manage data and tech integration projects including EMR and vendor integrations.
Design and document data flow diagrams and manage integrations end-to-end.
Translate clinical requirements into technical configurations and workflows.
Create and maintain integration documentation and SOPs.
Perform data QA, validation, and format checks.
