Job summary

Guidehealth is seeking a Senior Technical Integration Specialist to lead onboarding of practices' clinical data, payers' claims data, and manage complex integration projects in a healthcare AI environment.

You'll coordinate data integration with EMR and vendor systems, design data flows, document technical specs, and ensure successful go-lives while maintaining quality and security, working remotely in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in technical implementation, data integration, or data analytics in healthcare.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, CCDA, XML, JSON formats.
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, SNOMED, NPI, RXNORM vocabularies.
• Experience with ETL pipelines, data normalization/processing, SFTP and API connections.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking/documentation.
• SQL, Python, and Bash for data querying and scripting.
• Experience leading technical healthcare implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical point of contact for onboarding and implementation with stakeholders.
• Lead data and tech integration projects (EMR, vendor integrations, APIs, SFTP).
• Design, document, and present data flow diagrams; manage integration delivery.
• Translate clinical/operational requirements into technical configurations/workflows.
• Create and maintain integration docs: specs, diagrams, guides, SOPs.
• Perform data QA/validation, execute scripts, verify data quality.
• Troubleshoot integration issues; coordinate with engineering/vendor/client teams.
• Manage go-live planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
