• Minimum 5 years of healthcare/public sector experience.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership through complex issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with healthcare data, health IT, or analytics.

• Lead technical delivery for complex healthcare data and analytics initiatives.
• Manage workplans, priorities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Bridge business and technical teams translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead ingestion, mapping, transformation, validation, and integration of healthcare data from multiple sources.
• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and analytics using Databricks, Python, and SQL.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand data structures and constraints.
• Oversee data validation and quality-control processes.
• Lead discussions on technical requirements and communicate risks clearly.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and ownership of team delivery.
