Job summary
Sentara Health in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to translate vendor data specifications into mapping documents and align them with the Enterprise Data Platform. You will liaise with business partners and technical teams to ensure accurate data integration and delivery, while supporting data quality and governance.
The role requires 3+ years of data analysis experience and advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI skills, with experience in healthcare data domains.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, informatics, business, public health, or related field is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, data mapping, ETL, and data warehousing.
- Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI and data validation skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Translate vendor specifications, layouts, and requirements into detailed data mapping documentation.
- Serve as liaison among business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams for data integration.
- Ensure data is properly transformed, validated and delivered within the analytics ecosystem.
- Support QA, UAT, production implementation and post-deployment validation.
