Sentara Health in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to transform vendor data specs into mapping docs that align with Enterprise Data Platform structures. You will collaborate with business, vendors, and IT to ensure data is captured, transformed, validated, and delivered across the analytics ecosystem.

The role requires 3+ years in data analysis, strong Excel/SQL/Power BI skills, and a Bachelor’s in a relevant field.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in data analysis, business analysis, data mapping, ETL, data warehouse, or related data environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, data validation, and Databricks.
• Experience developing source-to-target mapping documentation and technical specifications.
• Ability to interpret source system documentation, file specifications, data dictionaries and requirements.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and Confluence or similar documentation/collaboration tools.
• Experience working in healthcare, payer, claims, enrollment, provider, or other regulated data domains.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly with stakeholders across business and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Convert vendor data specifications into detailed data mapping documentation aligned with EDP structures.
• Serve as liaison among business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Ensure data is integrated, transformed, validated, and delivered within the analytics ecosystem.
• Support data quality and data stewardship functions across the organization.
• Provide data-driven conclusions and recommendations to business partners.
