Job summary

You will liaise with business, vendors, and technical teams to support data quality and governance across analytics workflows.

The role requires 3+ years in data analysis within healthcare data domains and strong skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Databricks, with experience in documentation and data

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in data analysis or related data environments.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI and Databricks skills.
• Experience developing source-to-target mapping documentation and technical specifications.
• Ability to interpret source system documentation, file specifications, data dictionaries.
• Experience in healthcare, payer, claims, enrollment, provider, or other regulated data domains.

Responsibilities

• Convert vendor file specifications, layouts, and business requirements into detailed data mapping documentation.
• Serve as liaison among business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Ensure data is integrated, transformed, validated, and delivered within the enterprise analytics ecosystem.
• Support QA, UAT, production deployments, and post-deployment validation.
• Provide data-driven conclusions and recommendations to business partners.
