Job summary
SCAN is seeking a Healthcare Analyst II who will support 5-Star projects and internal initiatives. You will conduct in-depth data analysis of Medicare Advantage data, HEDIS reporting, and related tasks to help improve star ratings and program performance.
You will design analyses, lead QA, perform data management and statistical studies, and present findings to analysts and management while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data issues on multiple projects with
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
- 5+ years of analytical experience in healthcare or managed care.
- Strong SQL, data visualization, and BI tooling experience.
- Experience with HEDIS and medical claims data preferred.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze Medicare Advantage data related to membership, claims, and finances.
- Create analyses and reports for 5-Star ratings and related programs.
- Lead QA processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Perform data management, quality improvement, and statistical analyses.
- Communicate findings to analysts and management.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
