Job summary

SCAN Health Plan is seeking an experienced Healthcare Analyst III to support 5-Star projects and in-house initiatives. The role analyzes Medicare Advantage data, membership, providers, claims, and pharmacy information to drive 5-Star ratings and program outcomes.

You will lead QA processes, perform data management, and deliver actionable findings under tight deadlines, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Remote-friendly with strong analytical mentorship responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Biostatistics, CS or other quantitative field.
5+ years analytical experience in Healthcare/Managed Care environment.
Experience with HEDIS and medical claims/encounters data preferred.

Responsibilities

Research and moderate analysis of Medicare Advantage and healthcare data including membership, provider, claims, and pharmacy data.
Design and produce timely analyses and data interpretations for 5-Star ratings, HEDIS, and state programs.
Lead QA processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability; present findings to analysts and management.
