Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Quality Performance Analyst to drive clinical quality through advanced analytics, value-based contract optimization, and provider engagement. You will forecast performance, validate data accuracy, and support operational teams in improving quality metrics and Stars/HEDIS performance.

The role emphasizes Excel-driven data modeling, dashboard development, and collaboration with leadership in a fast-paced value-based care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, public health, health administration, data analytics, or related field.
• FMG or clinical background preferred.
• Advanced analytical training or value-based care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify quality gaps, performance trends, and opportunities for value-based revenue optimization.
• Interpret payer contracts and incentive methodologies to design improvement plans.
• Develop and validate quality performance dashboards and executive reports.
• Forecast performance outcomes and model impact of incentive structures.
• Present provider-level scorecards and drive accountability for improvement.
