Job summary

SCAN, a nonprofit health organization serving millions, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will translate requirements for analytics solutions, create data mappings, and guide data-driven decisions across Operations, Experience, and Commercial teams.

Lead design, documentation and acceptance testing, while expanding domain expertise in Medicare Advantage and managed care data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, statistics, analytics, or technology.
Comfortable presenting to management at all levels.
Experience building BI solutions with Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.
Knowledge of Medicare Advantage or managed care data including claims, membership, and experience datasets.
Strong data warehousing understanding and cloud familiarity (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Experience querying/manipulating data in Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, SSIS.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into detailed analytical requirements for delivery teams.
Develop design documents and user stories to support analytics delivery.
Lead UAT with business users against acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate AI-driven analytics solutions.
Ensure data quality, privacy, and governance in analytic products.
Support sprint planning and backlog grooming in Agile environments.
