Job summary

Pscfl in Miami, FL is seeking a Professional Healthcare Construction Project Manager to plan, design, and execute complex hospital and facility renovations and new builds. You will manage all phases, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule, and deliver documented results.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, plus 6+ years healthcare PM or capital project experience; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field.
• 10 years of related work experience may substitute degree.
• Minimum 6 years of healthcare project management or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, and executes multiple construction & renovation projects to meet program requirements, budget, safety, & time constraints.
• Coordinates projects with all stakeholders and provides ongoing project communication about impact and status.
• Develops move/equipment management plans and leads implementation.
• Manages procurement process and participates in contract negotiations from RFPs.
• Obtains approvals and submits documentation for purchase orders.
• Documents project information accurately and maintains records.
• Ensures compliance with AHCA, ADA, NFPA, OSHA and local codes; follows up on issues and takes corrective action.
• Assesses risks and implements mitigation plans to avoid delays/cost overruns.
• Reviews progress and identifies activities to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Develops and delivers project management training, workshops, and process improvements.
